What you choose to share

The self-check runs in your browser. We receive its answers only if you send the optional contact form. That form collects your name, business, email, optional phone, business type, answers, score, outcome and submission timestamp.

Where it goes and why

Your request is emailed to Torrey Line LLC’s business mailbox so we can answer your enquiry and arrange a walkthrough if you want one. Our website host processes the request and our mail provider delivers it. The form endpoint does not retain submissions.

We keep the enquiry in the business mailbox until the lead is closed, then delete it unless a legal retention duty applies. If you become a client, we explain the separate service-record retention terms.

No tracking

This site uses no cookies, analytics or trackers. We do not sell your form information or share it for advertising. Please do not send passwords, payment details, patient records or information about your customers.

Your choices

You can use the checklist and read every page without sending us anything. For access, correction, deletion or applicable California CCPA/CPRA privacy-rights requests, email hello@torreyline.com. We will explain any identity check or retention duty relevant to your request.
